What are your opening hours?
Both centres are open Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 2pm. Fridays at Telford are by appointment. We're closed at weekends.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply to estimate requests and enquiries within one working day. For anything urgent, such as recovery after an accident, please phone.
Can I drop my car in without an appointment?
Please call first so we can make sure the right person is available to look at your car.
After an accident?
Phone rather than email if your car can't be driven or you need recovery. We can collect your vehicle, arrange a courtesy car where available and deal with your insurer, so the first call you make is the only one you need.
