Approved repairs, explained
What is a manufacturer approved bodyshop?
A bodyshop that the car maker has audited and trained to repair its vehicles using its own methods, tools and genuine parts. Only approved repairers can issue the manufacturer's repair guarantee.
Does it cost more to use an approved repairer?
Not when you're claiming on insurance: your insurer covers the repair cost either way. For private repairs we'll give you a clear quote before any work starts.
Do you repair makes you're not approved for?
Yes. We repair all makes and models of cars and light commercial vehicles, to the same standards.
