What we collect
When you call, email or send us photos, we keep your name, contact details, vehicle registration, details of the damage and, if you are making a claim, your insurer and claim reference. If you apply for a job, we keep your CV and covering letter.
Why we use it
We use your information to give you an estimate, arrange and carry out your repair, deal with your insurer, keep you updated and meet our legal and accounting duties. We use job applications only to consider you for a role.
Who we share it with
Only those involved in your repair, such as your insurer, accident management companies, vehicle recovery and parts suppliers, and the vehicle manufacturer where an approved repair requires it. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Repair and invoice records are kept for six years for tax purposes, then deleted. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted after twelve months unless you ask us to keep them longer.
